Pae Moana features 24 creatures from te moana, with colourful illustrations alongside their ingoa Māori and English names. With two of each card, the 48-card deck can be used to play familiar games like Snap, Memory and matching games, helping players recognise, remember and use kupu Māori while they play.

From tohorā | whale and whai | stingray to wheke | octopus and pāpaka | crab, each card introduces another kupu connected to te moana.
