Pae Moana Bilingual Flash Cards take the learning a step further. The set features 25 creatures from throughout Te Moananui a Kiwa, with 50 cards made up of matching te reo Māori and English pairs.

One card shows the creature with its name in te reo Māori, while its matching card shows the English name. Each card has the Pae Moana design on the reverse, so you’ll need to know which kupu belong together to find the correct pair.

A little harder than the Pae Moana Card Game, the Flash Cards are designed to test your memory, build your kupu and put what you’ve learnt into practice.

Use them to match the Māori and English names, test yourself or someone else, practise recall, or create your own ways to play.
